FAQ:

1. What is the water situation?
The Banya Place is located within the natural forest and is not connected to the town services. We use water from Ovens River via a special filtration system. There are additional filters installed in the Cabin and behind toilets for drinking water taps. 
Water from other taps although clean and filtered may be not to the same level of safety and we don't recommend drinking it. 
There is a gas water heater for the showers.

2. What is the internet situation at the Banya Place?
WiFi Internet is available via Starlink satellite system. There is limited mobile reception at the property but you should be able to use WiFi calling feature on most of the modern smartphones.

3. What is available for the outdoor Entertainment?
At the house itself, there is plenty of outdoor entertaining space on the deck, BBQ, Firepit. There is also large trampoline for kids. Sauna, Spa, outdoor cinema. (You'll find projector and speakers near the firewood in the cabin). River beach is about two minutes walk to the left where you can enjoy swimming or fishing.

4. Is firewood provided?
Yes, we do provide firewood for the Sauna, Fireplace in the cabin and Firepit outside. Please use it with care as firewood is not cheap in Bright.
